In this episode of the Neural Medwork, we are happy to be joined by Dr. Alaa Youssef from the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine & Imaging (AIMI). We had a deep conversation about the future of ethical AI in healthcare. Dr. Alaa Youssef: Dr. Youssef is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine & Imaging (AIMI). Her current research focuses on the ethical implementation of AI systems in healthcare, including quality and safety evaluation of AI systems. Her research aims to facilitate the safe deployment of AI in complex clinical environments to advance patient care. Previous experiences include patient-centred care research, digital health, and program evaluation.
